What should I do if the APP prompts “Motor Abnormal”?

Please empty the food in the feeder, leave the lid open for observation, double click the button on the right side of the device (try it around 3 times) to check if the rotor can still rotate. If the rotor can move and everything is back to normal, avoid putting oversized food back into the feeder.
