Smart Life Wifi Connection:
1. Please reset the device by pressing and holding the WIFI button on the front panel for 5-10 seconds until you hear a beep sound.
2. Then login Smart Life App
3. Click “+” on the top corner to add a new device
4. Select “Add Device”
5. Select Camera & Lock -> Smart Camera (2.4GHz&5GHz)
Then follow the app instruction to complete the connection with your smartphone.
The device is compatible with both 2.4GHz & 5GHz WiFi networks; however, it is crucial to ensure a robust WiFi signal for optimal performance. If the connection is weak, we recommend adjusting the video quality from HD to SD.When prompted to enter the WiFi SSID (Name) and password, kindly ensure that the details are correct to facilitate a smooth connection through the App.The device features a pre-recorded voice message that plays for a maximum of 10 seconds while feeding.It supports up to 15 scheduled mealtimes, with each meal consisting of up to 20 portions of dry food. The recommended kibble size ranges from 5-10mm / 0.12-0.4in diameter. Please note that canned, wet, or moist pet food should not be used.While some parts of the device are washable, please note that the stainless-steel bowls are the only parts that are dishwasher safe.The device operates on a 5V safety voltage, thereby eliminating any risk of electrocution to pets.
