What kind of cat litter should I use?
Our automatic cat litter box is compatible with most types of cat litters(length<=0.12”), but we recommend to use mineral litter and Bentonite Llitter. We don’t recommedn to use Crystal Litter.
How do I replace my garbage bag?
Press the Clean button for 2 sec to allow the device to rotate the litter box to the upper left corner for easier garbage bag replacement. For more information，please consult the manual or watch the detailed video introduction on the product page.
Why can’t my litter box connect to Wi-Fi?
Labeta auto cat liiter box only supports 2.4GHz networks. Please don’t connect your phone to a 5G. Please read FAQs. If you still can’t figure out how to use this cat litter box, please contact our support. Our technical supports are 24/7 Available.
What size of cat is suitable for using our smart litter box?
We recommend cats weighing between 2.2 and 17.6 pounds. Although long-haired cats may create an illusion of smaller space, our 6.5-liter smart litter box can actually accommodate them. Removing the baffle plate also makes it easier for cats to enter.
